The thinking behind Wrapping Up

It isn’t really about dying. It’s about preparation, agency and making space for living.

Honest, clear conversations about what really matters create more possibilities, support informed choices and help make sure the care we receive reflects who we are.

What happens next

A personal conversation, followed by a clear plan.

There is no obligation after meeting me. The first step is simply to understand what is happening and what might make things feel more manageable.

  1. 01

    Initial contact

Call, text or email. Tell me what’s on your mind, in as much or as little detail as feels comfortable.

  2. 02

    First response

Where possible, I’ll call to talk through your concerns and explain where I—or another service—may be able to help.

  3. 03

    Meet face to face

We’ll have a free, informal conversation so I can understand your needs and you can decide whether I’m the right person for you.

  4. 04

    A clear support plan

I’ll outline the support we’ve discussed, including availability, estimated time, likely costs and a timescale.

  5. 05

    Follow-up

You’ll receive the plan and agreement by email, so you know what to expect before we get started.
